South Yarra Support Services is run by me, Sam Young (ABN 73 921 039 985). This page explains what I collect, why, and what I do with it.

Call-back requests

When you ask for a call back, you give me your first name and phone number, and your suburb if you choose to. I also record which advertisement or link brought you to the page, if the link says so. These details are emailed to my business inbox through an email delivery service, and I use them only to call you back.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to record when someone taps a phone number or sends a call-back request. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view. It does not receive anything you type into the call-back form. The site does not use the Facebook (Meta) pixel.

If you become a client

To provide visits safely, I keep the information you give me at the meet-and-greet and in your intake and service agreement: contact details, emergency contacts, health conditions, warning signs to watch for, and what helps your loved one settle. This is kept securely, used only to provide and manage your visits, and shared only with your permission, with your Support at Home provider if your visits are funded that way, or where the law requires it, such as in an emergency.

What I don't do

I don't sell or rent your details, share them for advertising, or send marketing you haven't asked for.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling 0491 041 815. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please tell me first so I can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
