My rates are transparent and competitive—25% below NDIS price guide maximums. You can find the full breakdown in the pricing calculator above. I review rates every six months (June and December) and always give you 30 days' written notice before any changes, so there are never any surprises.
It's pretty straightforward! If you're plan-managed, I'll invoice your plan manager directly with all the NDIS details they need—your participant number and the right support codes. They'll handle claiming from your budget. If you're self-managed, I'll give you detailed NDIS-compliant invoices that you can submit through the myplace portal to claim from your Core Supports budget. My rates are 25% below NDIS maximums, so you're getting great value.
I offer three main types of support: Personal Care & Support (showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders), Community Access & Social Support (appointments, social outings, transport, building confidence), and Domestic Assistance (cleaning, shopping, meal prep, laundry, organizing).
